Hey, Today I want to show you what's working right now. This is how we're scaling our 8- and 9-figure brands on TikTok Shop. A lot of big brands come to us already selling. They already have creators. But sales have stalled. Here's what we keep seeing. The fix usually isn't "get more creators." The fix is running the creators they already have like a team. Lesson 1: Start with the creators you already haveThe first thing we do is sort every creator a brand already has. We sort by value, not follower count. Who posted? Who sold? Who made a video people watched to the end? Small creators can sell a lot, because their audience trusts them. Big ones bring reach, but they cost more. We start here because you can't grow what you can't see Lesson 2: Help the ones already postingMost affiliates don't go quiet because they're lazy. They go quiet because you haven't led them down the CREATOR FUNNEL properly. They don't know what to post. They don't know what's working right now. Or they just don't post enough. So we fix that. We show them the hooks that are winning. We give them a clear brief. Why: a creator who already knows your product is your cheapest win! Teaching a brand-new creator from zero takes way longer. Lesson 3: Put proven creators on retainerOnce a creator proves themselves, whether it's with great views, sales or content, we put them on a retainer plus commission. That means a steady monthly base of videos. Why: you stop hoping creators post. You plan on it. And creators on retainer care more about your brand. The key word is "proves." Paying big money too early is how brands waste budget. Want your TikTok Shop math done for you? Book a free discovery call with my team. And everything goes into one tracker. Every creator, sample, video and sale. If it's not in the tracker, it doesn't exist. Why: new creators are how you find the next winner. The tracker is how you spot it fast. Lesson 5: Two or three heroes, then move to the winnerOur brands don't launch the whole catalog at once. We pick two or three hero products. Each creator pushes one hero at a time. Then we watch sales. When one product starts winning, we move more creators and more videos to it. Why: 20 products spreads everyone too thin. Focus is what makes a winner show up. Lesson 6: Pour fuel on what already worksWhen a video wins on its own, we push it with Spark Ads and GMV Max. We don't put ad money behind guesses, we put it behind proof. Why: TikTok Shop is a content volume game with a data brain. Lots of videos find the winners. Ads make the winners bigger. We've had quite a few brands come to us running GMV Max super unprofitably and unable to find their target demographic. The best way to solve that is more good content for more good creators. Because GMV Max only scales when you have a massive content machine already pumping and building organic growth. Steal the scale plan

Disclosure: Most brands that sell on TikTok Shop, including established 8-figure brands, never reach $200,000 a month in GMV, and the chance that any one brand gets there is extremely low. Hey, If your brand is big on Amazon, you know how sales happen there. People search. Your listing shows up. They buy. TikTok Shop works a different way. People don't search first, they scroll. On TikTok Shop, a creator's video is your shelf space. So the big question isn't "What keyword?" It's "How do we get creators to keep posting?" Brands keep asking me: "Commission-only creators don't post. Should we pay retainers, per video, or commission?" One 8-figure brand owner told me...
Hey, Most brands are seeing AI content crop up right now, but they haven't necessarily implemented it successfully for their brand. And the biggest reason I've seen for this is a lot of confusion about whether AI influencers are the quick way to compliance issues. I have set up over 450 AI influencers already, so here's my honest answer about the pros, the cons, the risks, and the benefits. Brands keep asking me: "Will AI content get flagged or banned?" One supplement owner I spoke to...
Hey, Quick change of plans. Yesterday I said today would be about why some brands pay AI creators more than the sale price. That one is coming. Just not today. Because before owners ask about creator pay, they ask something simpler: "Where do we even start?" Brands keep asking me: "Should we start with TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Shopify?" I hear it a few ways on our calls. "How would it work if we focus on Amazon, or focus on TikTok?""Do you have something built just for Shopify?""Everything is...
